Following a mishap with the delivery of my products, Renata at L'Occitane was able to rectify the issue very quickly and organise replacement products

Ordered EDT but decided to return it. Received email that money won't be refunded as I've opened and tested the item. I did not do such thing. None of the items come with any seals or protection so I have no idea how they came to this conclusion. I was also accused of keeping the samples and was told that if I want to get any money back I have to return the samples... I've been ordering from similar companies for years and I've never came across anything like this. Will never ever be ordering from them again. They make out that they are so posh and amazing and yet they ask people to return a sample containing I drop of a cream and accuse people while having no proof. Joke

Right after I placed order, I soon found I made a typo on delivery address. So I used online chat function to contact L'occitane for help. Initially it was Andrea, and she transferred me to Betty from customer care. Betty soon helped me corrected the delivery address in one minute. Thank you for the speedy service from your team to make online order a pleasant experience.

I contacted the customer service as I couldn't apply 10% off my first order. I received the code only after my order had been placed and paid for. Ruddy from the customer service got back really quickly and ensured me that the discount was going to be taken off my order. I was delighted about that. There are also a few freebies coming so I'm very excited.
